1. I've never had fruits in oats, and tbh I'm not the biggest oats fan to begin with either. I'd get an urge to have it every once in a while but it's not often. I'm glad you've been enjoying this challenge! Honestly, these past 6 months or so I've been focusing a lot more on stopping eating when I feel full, even if that means that I'm leaving half of my food on my plate, since it's never good to overeat 😀 I'm glad this day's meals didn't make you uncomfortably full!
