    Day 1: 😭😭😭 my thighs are DYING. i couldn't do the planks that well but i did everything else with effort. ouch my legs.😭😭😭

    Day 1: finished but some made me really tired
    Day 2: I did it
    day 3: done
    Day 4: done plank jumping jacks is really hard for me
    Day5: any tips for plank jacks also done
    Day 6: replaced plank jacks with another plank dip and I can see a feint line just my belly is still a bit big also my thigh aren’t as floppy done
    day 7: done
    Day 8: started waking every morning with my mum and done… but kinda slacked off in this workout

    Day 1: Stopped at some parts i feel proud of doing it the last squat was crazyy no change today let's see if i can hold the squat longer tommorro

  6. Jesus. I'm so weak that I kept pausing throughout the video and almost gave up during the side plank but screw it, no pain no gain. Though I never cussed so much in one workout session until I did this. Thank you for not putting in burpees or I would have ditched it first thing.

  8. This workout is amazing!! I can see the results. The burn gradually gets better since I’ve been doing it every day and I and so pleased with the results so far would totally recommend to anyone trying to tone up.
