  1. I just juiced some celery and watermelon juice that's equals to 1 gallon. I ate 2 ripe plantains (baked) and some water melon. .

    I'm doing this 13 days. I'm starting out with one vegan meal per day and juice. I'll be back when I'm done.

  2. I'm in the category that isn't vegan. I juice fast during the day and eat one solid meal per day and I feel better than I ever have in my adult life. I have been entertaining going all into fruits vegetables nuts beans and seeds.

  3. You could juice to your hearts content. But, that is not going to eliminate some other risks for cancer. There are too many to number. However, the Medical Medium mentions some of them in his books. Also, the book Zapped addresses the

    risks associated with electrical fields. You are at risk if you drink water, breath air, go in the sun and even get rained on.
    What juicing can do is act as a shield from the elements that are involved in promoting cancer. The human body is as complicated as the planet we live on. Look at all that occurs around you. This is why I think it is ridiculous to state that you will cure cancer as a political platform. People need to get adequate amounts of sleep, decrease stress, etc.
    Celery juiced alone in the am will annihilate your craving for junk food.

  4. You're exactly right on the tripling up on the veggies and fruit, even for non vegans will do wonders for your health! I went from eating plant based 2 to 3 days a week to only eating fish or chicken 2 to 3 meals a week, and I feel wonderful. I wish I could explain to my friends and family how good it makes you feel, but they think I am falling for a "fad" diet. I don't even respond to them because in all my 48 years, I have never given in to a "fad" anything and they know it.

  5. You could open a Juice-beet-camp!! Especially for People that end up with overweight, Diabetes and high blood pressure, you can work together with doctors and make sure they are Eating themselves into a better Level of Health.
