  1. Oh my goodness I feel like my whole brain has had a wash after this. Was feeling so tight and crabby and after this quick session I just feel floaty. Thanks so much Adriene, you are a life changer!

  2. Wow, Adriene! This sequence felt amazing! Thank you for posting some videos that are helpful for my scoliosis. 🙂 I feel much better after this spine video and your scoliosis video. What are videos are safe for people with scoliosis?

Really great practice – been on the macbook and phone a lot and have had some painful dialogue in the shoulder and neck – this has helped loosen and open up – I have done it twice this week and am more aware of my posture whilst busy at work. Adjustments and yoga = pain-free when I put my head on the pillow at night. .. not the case 10 days ago! Thank you Adriene – Metta to all the YWA community – Namaste x

  4. Thank you Adriene! I gifted myself the morning today to do this practise. Never pass up on an opportunity to give your spine some love <3 This slower practise is actually the one that I had trouble keeping up with and managing the breath for.

  5. I don't know where I got the mental strength but after 3 previous lengthy yoga practices and then this one I felt like I would dying but I didn't quit I kept going and it was well worth it. I have one more to do before today ends but I will take a couple of hours before practicing again anyways here's to practice makes perfect or more like closer to it daily anyways thank u Adriene much love to you and benji, Namaste 💕💞💓💗💖❤💪🙏

  6. This is such a good practice that I know I am going to revisit many times over. As I approach Day 100 of practice I'm exploring the October practices in the order that speaks to me. My posture is so much better than it has been in years but if I'm ever tempted to slip back into my old slouchy ways I hear Adriene, 'head over heart, heart over pelvis' and all is good. Namaste 🙏🏻

  7. I wish I wasn’t so tight in the knees and I could do the seemingly easy bridge pose but even after one rotation of it I have to stop! Learning to listen to my body more, there’s no point in forcing and redoing an old injury! Really finding my flow again this month ❣
