1. Oh I wish i could have had stuff like you did preoperative, in Canada (London, Ontario) you have to do a liquid diet before surgery and it is 4 protein shakes (optifast) and a cup of broth a day, and that was it for anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. I had to do that for 3 weeks……ugh.

  2. I am so thankful for this video. I have watched it 3 times now and is how I found your channel. I am in the pre-op phase of weight loss surgery now and your story inspires me. Since finding you I have watched many of your videos. Abby is an absolute sweetheart and your family is just so…real! Thank you for doing what you do. Priscilla; thank you for sharing your WLS story.

  3. In your 4th month vlog, you said you couldn’t find an FB group you liked.
Bariatric Woman’s support is very uplifting and supportive.
A few of my friends had the surgery recently and the women are all part of the group.

I had the band 12.5 years ago, and though it needed to be opened fully, I’m now losing what I had gained.

  4. I am going in for the same surgery in exactly one week and I'm so glad I saw this . Where I am from they make us jump through a lot of hoops to get the surgery it's taken a full year for me to get all the appointments done. I wish I could be doing the pre-op diet you did I'm on these nasty shakes 4 times a day and 2 cups of greens a day and that's about it which is super difficult.
But seeing this makes my feelings on anxiety and just other things Priscilla was saying really showed me i am not alone in thoes feelings. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank-you for sharing your journey.

  5. I’m so proud of you! It takes a very strong woman to not only make this decision and lifestyle change but to also show the world your journey; it’s inspiring! I’m glad you are doing great and I hope you are happy. Just know that this video helps so many people! You are truly an inspiration!

  6. Just very recently started watching your family, just want to say I appreciate all of you and have so much respect for you all! I’m from Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 (Toronto) such a lovely family you are, inspirational, cute family, cute couple!
I cried every time Priscilla cried. I cried when Asa was talking to Priscilla in the car, just so genuine and so much love you two have for each other; it’s beautiful! Y’all are lucky to have each other and you both are beautiful inside and out!!!
I’m a 27 year old business owner, and I know things can get hard and that some days it just feels like the world is on top of you, but just have to push through and the days do get better!!
Much love to you all, and I will continue to watch now that I’m subscribed! 💕

  7. I'm watching this one week before my surgery and you have no idea how helpful this whole vlog has been in preparing me mentally and emotionally to stand firm in my decision to go through with surgery dispite all the nay-sayers I've encountered. I love the unity your family has! Again, thanks!

  8. I love you guys, so I am so super happy that you are working at being healthier because then I know you'll be around for a long, long time and I'll get to enjoy your journey 🙂 Huge hugs to you all. X
