  1. Di in an interview sara ali said she reduced 40kg with gyming n cardio. N sara in a day sirf egg n chicken hi leti h. N no carbs. Par we r common human being. Ek toh roj 3 tmes chicken n eggs affordable bhi nahi h hum jaise typical indian family liye. So di kya hum e carb intake properly band karni chahiye? Plz reply

  3. Video ke starting mein 6 salad recipes bola aur video mein 4 salad recipes… All the recipe looks yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹ will include in my low carb diet…my only concern is curd se mujhe shardi Hoti hai๐Ÿ˜ฉ what to do…. Because of this problem I don't consume curd or buttermilk โ˜น๏ธ
