Beta carotene can be converted into vitamin A by your body, assuming you have working enzymes, but it's impossible to get hypervitaminosis A from beta carotene, and you'll notice a difference if you have bad SNPs of the enzyme that does the conversion.

Like the impacts are less than if you’re having it several times a week but they’re still gonna be there

  3. Porridge with nuts, seeds fresh blueberries or cranberries, maple syrup, cinnamon & oat or almond milk. Sometimes vegan, unsweetened yogurt with fresh raspberries. Super smoothie – chia & flax seeds, green juice powder, 1/2 lemon juice, frozen or fresh fruit, kale, sometimes water diluted 100% juice (pomegranate, cherry, blueberry). Lunch always has salad, spinach or romaine. Add shredded carrots and/or beets, tomatoes, nuts & seeds, avocado, etc. Dinner has a salad, grain & at least 2 vegetables, and usually legumes. Fully stocked fridge, freezer & pantry help as does weekly food prep. Variety is the key.
