  4. I don't wanna be rude but this is definitely not a keto diet. it's more like a low-carb/paleo diet. Reaching that level of ketosis in your body is really hard. A keto diet is a high-fat diet. It typically contains 75% fat, 20% protein and only 5% carbs.
