  1. I’m doing this for the first time tonight at home after arm day at the gym and OMG the second move is KILLER 😱 😩. I’m gonna feel so accomplished when I can actually do it for the full 30 seconds!

    Edit: that full return is killer! I’m aiming to do it at least 3 times a week, but possibly 5, and be able to do it for the full 5 minute routine.

  2. Okay so I am sure you probably have already made videos and answered things similar to this, but I would to know how to get abs. I have been a sprinter, a weight lifter, and just an active person all my life and I have never looked strong but also lean and pretty. Within the last year I have fallen out of routine and have stopped working out and have started eating badly or just not eating enough simple because of college and school. I would really like to hear what you think about how to specifically train for abs for a person who isnt just needing to build muscle there but has actually never had a flat stomach and needs to learn what their diet should be like in order to specifically eat for abs. I most definitely look up to you in the fitness world and I could most definitely use some motivation, and some advice.

  5. I threw this ab routine in after an upper body workout and LOVED it! (As much as one can love abs..) Thanks for all the great ideas! You always have the most interesting ab workouts. ❤️

  6. I love your videos and always feel perfectly sore afterwards. But I have a question what is a good routine for the week? Do you specifically work upper body certain days and lower body others and then abs other days or do you just randomly pick what to do everyday. I’m struggling in creating a routine for the week and then find myself only doing cardio and then leaving the gym? Please help!? Much appreciates

  8. I have been working out a lot lately and my booty is growing but my belly area is not going down. I don’t understand because I run on the thread mill and I do an exercises but still nothing…help please.
