  1. I used to use the treadmill regularly until I decided to give the Arc Trainer a go. Now it's my go-to cardio machine, along with the stairmill. Not only is this machine a lot more fun than the treadmill, but the workout is far more intense. It takes me 15-20 minutes on the Arc to get what would take an hour on the treadmill.

  2. I use this in the gym. It's far my favorite one. Evey since I began like last month now, I always stopped after 15 min bcs it was too much. Now as today. I do 1 hour workout with incline level 15 or 10 with power level 10-15-20 none stop.💪🏽💪🏽😎😎 I guarantee you this is the one to loose more fat. You sweat your ass off. GO FOR IT!!

  3. I used this machine today for the first time in my life. I just signed up on Friday with the promotion.
Ive head great things about this machine, and using it, my knees love it!. My legs however are still jello. I practically fell into my car trying to get in when i left.

My only question is, how do you set the weight? I hit quick start but im guessing you cant set your weight and stuff if you use quick start. I guess the name does imply that it skips all of that to start faster >…>.

Ill be going back tomorrow morning to see if i can make it 30 mins straight this time without stopping, probably not but if i manage only to stop twice instead of 3 times it will be progress. I just need to figure out how to set it for my weight. Does it also do height?

  4. I am a newbie at the gym (lost 40 lbs with at home workouts on YouTube) so this video is super helpful for me. Thank you for filming and posting ❤️

  5. I've used every piece of equipment in my PF and love it but this is the one I haven't because I didn't understand how to work it…and because of that it intimidated me. Thanks for sharing this vid

  6. I cannot figure out how to program this machine to make it doable. I can do 20 min on elliptical without a problem, but it's really hard for me to do 5 min on this. For both of them, I'm doing about 700 calories/hr.

  7. Thank you so much for showing us how to use these. Could you do a different one on this one to tell how to choose and how the different levels work? Also is it ok to share these videos in a group I'm on in fb? Thank you

  8. Great starter video for this machine. It helped me get going. Been using it for a year now and recommend this. Its low impact and better for your knee joints than the regular elliptical. My PF only has the stationary hand grips too. I been considering doing interval training on this but I'm drenched just doing it normally. Using it mainly to burn calories and lose weight. I notice this machine also helps core muscles a bit.

  9. The crappy planet fitness that just opened in my town doesn't have cybex they have shit matrix equipment the machine is a cheap knock off of a arc trainer it doesn't even have the arm part just for the legs brand new junk right out of the box I'm very sorry I joined this club

  10. Planet Fitness Quincy, MA only has the second machine with fixed hand holds. Fitbit Charge 2 does not accurately record steps on the fixed hand hold model. Good machine to practice before hiking White Mountains, New Hampshire.

  11. I like your videos and they are helpful, but I think that it would be nice if you would include what muscles your working while on the machine .. A lot of us don't know amor don't have a clear description of what the machine is used for thanks 🙏🏼
