1. A touch on this topic is truly valuable. I’m in a young age (21) but I really know which sports are created for me. The mix of fitness (specifically hypertrophy training a.k.a. bodybuilding) & calisthenics are awesome. Some running here and there (once a week) makes it a valuable formula FOR ME.
    And yes, I’m tracking my food each day of the week. Set goals, no excuses and you will reach them.
