  4. I did intermittent fasting before even knowing that it was a thing. I did not lose any weight. Probably because I didn't do it everyday. But most days, I'm not even hungry until the afternoon.

  6. Dr. Oz is a fake and a snake. Dr. Berg was supposed to be on his show to talk about IF and body types. He stole all his info and canceled him from appearing on the show. Took all the credit.   7. Daphne is on her 4th child…………….i legit saw on the dr oz show didnt know she was pregnant and was thinking she had a lot of children in a short space of time . Everytime I see her on tv she is pregnant😒🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
