  1. Can't believe I've missed this work out (been doing your workouts for 10 months now and loving then). This one got all my favourite LW lower body exercises in one video and is perfect for my longer weekend work outs. Would love to see more of these 20 min versions in the new style without the brakes or even walking 😉 Thanks for everything you make Lucy

  5. I have done so many workouts now from your channel but this is my new absolute favourite one!!! I felt so amazing afterwards and you can progress it with jogging for 30mins (I am far away from that but you never know.. ^^).
