  2. I think this is very good advice. I crave protein, according to the "list", I shouldn't have more than 2 oz. of protein. I'm like where is the moderation in that? I just stay away from high carb and eat all the protein and fat I want and I feel better and lose weight when I up my fatty meat intake. When I only did 2 oz. my weight loss stalled. Go figure.

  3. I love doing IF til 2 pm because it is teaching me to eat when I'm hungry. My favorite thing about keto not feeling hungry.Ty Casey for making this simple. Sometimes we tend to over think keto.

  4. Hi Casey, you are a blessing because I'm new to the Keto family, and I need all the help that I can get I have hypothyroid and hashimoto's, and for me it's like imposible to lose weight and I barely eat so I'm very happy to start Keto it's just been a couple of day's for me.

  5. Food has always been my life, changing has been a long journey. I really need nuts and I can count them out. I’m not capable of giving up everything. I can get a bit suicidal.

  8. "You're still fired"…..Made me laugh out loud but OMG If that isn't the essence of the whole thing….that food isn't the answer. And comfort foods…I used to eat brownies to feel good, but I never felt good so it was like a double punishment, I'd eat what I thought I loved, then I'd get punished by bad gut and guilt. And now I realize I don't love chocolate as much as I thought I did. Good ways to look at the issues. Thank you!

  9. I just have a hard time believing that no micronutrients, or very limited micronutrients is good for you, long term. It's kind of like the raw vegan diet… or any vegan diet… many say they feel better at first but grow frail… others thrive… and the keto diet, is great too for cleansing, and reducing inflammation when done right, but you'd think our bodies were designed to ingest various amounts of foods, bacteria, micronutrients etc… I know the wahl's protocol is a version of paleo or keto, depending on which plan you do, that caters to those of us with autoimmune issues… it includes 9 cups of veggies a day, 3 sulfur rich, 3 color and 3 dark greens, specifically to feed mitochondria with the countless micronutrients science hasn't eve identified yet. it also includes fat and fatty meats… even if you feel great with a under 20 carbs rule…. I am literally flabbergasted that your body never craves or gets ill from needing foods other than just fat/meat…. I guess it's possibly just all the preprogramming we grew up with.
